Account & Data Deletion

Request deletion

Users may request deletion of their RDY account through in-app settings or by contacting support@rdydating.in.

What deletion removes

Deletion should remove or anonymise profile details, profile visibility, media, private albums, discovery presence, and ordinary user-generated content where legally and technically possible.

What may be retained

• Legal compliance records.
• Fraud prevention and billing records.
• Security audit logs.
• Abuse reports and moderation history.
• Dispute resolution records.
• Records needed to prevent banned users from rejoining.

Messages and shared content

Messages or content shared with others may remain visible to recipients unless removal is required or technically supported. Private album access should be revoked when an account is deleted.

Organiser data

Organiser/event records may be retained or anonymised where needed for event history, moderation, billing, legal compliance, and public/community context.

Processing time

Deletion requests should be processed within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification, legal retention, and technical constraints.
