Refund & Billing Policy

Billing provider

Mobile purchases may be processed through Google Play Billing. Google Play rules may apply to payments, cancellations, and refunds.

Plan types

RDY may offer free access, time-limited passes, add-ons, discovery/glow benefits, private album entitlements, organiser/host plans, and annual plans.

Expiring benefits

Some plans expire after a fixed period. When a plan expires, benefits may revert to the free/default level. Media may remain stored but sharing/access may be disabled if the entitlement is no longer active.

Ads

Some paid plans may remove or reduce ads. Glow/profile identity benefits do not automatically imply unlimited access unless the plan specifically says so.

Refunds

Refunds for Google Play purchases should generally be requested through Google Play. RDY may review refund requests where platform rules allow, but approval is not guaranteed.

No refund situations

Refunds may be denied where benefits were used, the period has expired, access was revoked for policy violations, fraud/chargeback occurred, or the purchase was made by mistake but not reported promptly.

Organiser/host plans

RDY Host access may require admin approval. Payment alone may not guarantee organiser approval if the applicant violates policy, provides false information, or fails safety/compliance checks.
